Office
Coordinator
Auckland HQ
Part-time (approx. 30 hours per week)
Location: Ponsonby, Auckland
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised Office Coordinator to support our leadership team and help keep the office and projects running smoothly.
This role works closely with the Managing Director, Design Director and Operations Manager, assisting with day-to-day administration, document management, invoicing support and assisting in project coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the leadership team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Managing digital filing systems and project documentation
Receiving and entering supplier invoices and bills for approval
Assisting with procurement and supplier coordination
Supporting project scheduling and internal communications
About you:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
Strong communication and administrative skills
Confident using standard office software (Google Workspace, Excel etc.)
Experience in construction, architecture or property would be beneficial but is not essential.
This role is based in our Ponsonby office and is initially approximately 30 hours per week, with potential to grow as the business expands.
